How the Cockney Bard came into being

Posted in Uncategorized on February 27, 2017 by thecockneybard

Wonderful name ‘the Cockney Bard’. My wife Shona first thought of it some years back when I needed an identity for a brand. “What about the Cockney Bard?” she said. Two weeks after that i was to discover it was a derogatory name given to poet John Keats by those in literary circles envious of the Cockney’s work. Sounds about right! Proud to be known as the Cockney Bard

I am not religious

I am not religious – Are you an atheist? No, I believe in God – But you said you are not religious? I am not. My God is nature. It is in all and in everything and God is as good a name as any, to describe a sublime intelligence, something we cannot possibly understand, but can only be in awe of! – The Cockney Bard.

Do you trust the media?

Posted in Uncategorized on February 17, 2017 by thecockneybard

Is it time for change in the way media works? Unless you are completely ignorant you must realise that propaganda & fake news floods out from many outlets TV, newspapers & magazines. Many simply have their own agenda, political and otherwise. It is time for truth that beautiful word which many seem to have trouble understanding also known as FACT! People are getting wise and so should you. Don’t trust all you see and hear in the media. Bless all those hard working, honest journalists out there of which there are many, bringing you truth/fact but condemn those who bring the daily BS into your lives!

Are you a nut?

Before the diagnosis of being mad, insane, schizophrenic etc is accepted and you agree you are as nutty as a fruit cake, do give a thought to the alternative that you may hear voices of the soul/mind/spirit that brought many great works, writings, poems, philosophy including Blake, Keats, Shelly, Shakespeare, Marlowe, Rupert Brooke, Kipling, Socrates, Plato, Sir Francis Bacon, Churchill, Agatha Christie, Rossetti, Dr Dee and countless others not named including poets, philosophers, writers, musicians, artists and of course there is myself, fed with intelligence, Poetical, Philosophical & communicative insight from that wonderful extraneous source. 20 years of studying the mind has proven to me the mind survives death. Only those not willing to seek the truth won’t find it. Not everything you get or they (the above named) got comes/came from this source of course not, but it is that which does/did which is the great mystery, the holy grail, the discovery. Learn something new today for the greatest treasure of them all is within!

Why cryonics are a waste of time & money

Posted in Uncategorized on February 12, 2017 by thecockneybard

They are forgetting one thing. What about the soul? You do know the soul exists don’t you? When the body has died it won’t wait about for hundreds of years in case someone can revive the soul less body. Complete waste of time and good money. Psychology originally was the ‘study of the soul’ now known as ‘study of the mind’. Why did they change the word soul? After twenty years of studying the mind the soul exists I know it does.

Science and Einstein ‘everything is made of energy’.

Posted in Uncategorized on February 4, 2017 by thecockneybard

Word origin Psychology 1650s, “study of the soul,”

Energy never dies it just takes on a different form. In their calculation there is no room for the soul. Anyone who knows me knows that religion is not something I personally have any time for, but I do believe in the soul and a supreme intelligence beyond our limited understanding (call it God or whatever you like).

When the future is accurately predicted and when accurate insight is given to you, you cannot possibly have known before hand, accurate insight about people you have never met before and all proven true, let alone the thousands of communicative, philosophical and poetical pieces I have transcribed over the years via means of an extraneous source, it does make science seem a bit short sighted and very limited in their understanding. I have little trust in science I am afraid. If what i claim is right neither would you!.

I cannot teach you anything. I can only make you think – Socrates
