Beauty & the fire

Keats, Shakespeare, Sir Francis Bacon, Shelley, Yeats, Brooke, Dali, Da Vinci, Socrates, Plato, Marlowe, Dee, Blake and many more have seen the fire, have felt the fire and know what the fire is. When one is to see the beauty, he is to see the fire and when one to see the fire, he will know what beauty is! – The Cockney Bard

“Men scarcely know how beautiful fire is.” – Shelley

Conscience and the fly – Gary Allen

Oh how I do despise you fly. You irritate me. You cause me moments of extreme bad temper. Annoy me you do, to the point of wanting to remove you from my vision. A vile creature, a despicable creature, whose habits bring me to despair. Yet my conscience is at war with me. To kill or not to kill? To harm or not to harm? To set free or not to set free? All life is precious, even yours, you pesky fly. To some you are just a fly, but to others like me, you are an horrendous, hideous creature, whose only purpose in life is to drive us to the point of the darkest human emotion. I despise you fly, I despise all that you are, and remain shall I at war with my conscience.

The Pearl Of Great Price

“What is beauty?” He asked. “Look in the book ‘The Pearl of Great Price’ for within it there is beauty.” “And once I have seen beauty?” “then my friend there is no turning back!”
